At the end of the course, participants will be able to

 

  1. Describe the common diseases and problems of travelers
  2. Provide consultations for the health problems of travelers
  3. Describe, diagnose, prevent and manage the common diseases of travelers

  1. Introduction to travel medicine and travel immunization, including pregnancy, infants and children
  2. Immunocompromized travelers
  3. Jet lag and motion sickness
  4. Pre-travel assessment of the high-risk traveler
  5. Aviation medicine; in-flight emergencies and high altitude
  6. Evaluation of fever in travelers and returned travelers
  7. Underwater medicine (Phrapinklao Hospital)
  8. Visit to a travel medicine clinic
  9. Skin diseases related to traveling
  10. Seminar (with evaluation)
