Course Description
This course is a refresher course in preventive dentistry and will cover a wide range of preventive modalities for the most common oral health diseases, both for clinical and public health practices.
Course Objectives
At the end of the training course, the participant will be able:
- Appreciate the importance of preventive dentistry both in dental clinical and public practice;
- Discuss the different preventive approaches;
- Be updated w/ current preventive dental programs being implemented in the country and in other parts of the world;
- Appreciate the importance of quality improvement in the delivery of service.
