2. Nutritional Epidemiology (Second week)
  • Introduction to Nutritional Epidemiology
  • Measurement in Nutritional Epidemiology
  • Ecological studies in Nutritional Epidemiology
  • Case-control & cohort studies in Nutritional Epidemiology
  • Community & Clinical trial in Nutritional Epidemiology

 

3. Surveillance (Third week)
  • Type, definition adn principles of dicease and nutritional surveillance system
  • Steps of designing diseases and nutritional surveillance system
  • Development of indicators for diseases and nutritional surveillance system
  • Experience in the omplementation of several type of surveillance system
